Quality Improvement

This Quality lmprovement Plan identifies key quality improvement initiatives currently underway throughout SSCHS, and the performance indicators associated with them. lt is one of many tools that supports SSCHS's Quality Management Program and the organization's vision for Chapleau to become a model health care community, with SSCHS providing a full spectrum of integrated services in a caring manner in support of the people that we serve.
