If you have a concern, complaint, or commendation about our care or services, follow these steps:
1) Talk to your healthcare provider.
2) If they are not available, ask to see the unit supervisor.
3) If you are unable to speak to the unit supervisor, contact the C.A.R.E. representative.

If it is after hours and you need to speak to someone urgently, please call 705-864-1520 and speak with the charge nurse. They will pass your message on to the manager on call.
